• Supervise daily activities of the whole warehouse, such as optimizing the process/minimizing the overtime, quality assurance, space management, logistics, floor productivity, shipping, and customer service

• Inspect equipment/tools/machinery regularly, and oversee general maintenance

• Review, analyse, and develop action plans for productivity and quality control improvement in collaboration with leaders and Japan HQ

• Other ad hoc assignments assigned by the superior from time to time.

• MUST TO HAVE:

• Min 3~5 years onsite working experience in warehousing operation

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word and Power point

• Familiarity with shipping documentation

• Min Diploma in Business/Warehousing/Logistic/ Supply Chain or any other related field
