Duties and responsibilities
- Assist manager in monitoring warehouse activities
- Inventory management including received, unload, and shelve supplies
- Perform other stock-related duties, including returning, packing, pricing and labelling supplies
- Inspect deliveries for damage or discrepancies, report those to accounting for reimbursement and recording keeping
- Keep records of items shipped, received or transferred to another location
- Maintain the warehouse area in a systematic and orderly manner
- Control inventory levels by conducting physical counts
- Ensure adequate record keeping and manage all documentation to confirm proper stock level and maintain inventory control
- Ensure all urgent or shortage parts are followed-up closely
- Coordinate the handling of freight and the movement of equipment
- To perform other task as assigned
Qualifications
- Possess at least a Sijil Pelajaran Malaysia (SPM) qualification
- Have a knowledge on process of basic store management in receiving, issueing, packaging and arranging part will be advatageous
- Have a knowledge of stock control (safety stock, cycle count, etc.) will be advantageous
- Mature team player with ability to communicate efficiently and effectively at all levels
- Resourceful, positive an energetic with initiative
- Ability to work independently
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,500.00 per month

Experience:
- Storekeeping: 1 year (Preferred)
- Forklift driving: 1 year (Preferred)
