任职资格

  • Bachelor's degree in business, IT, Engineering, or related field
  • PMP certified is an added advantage.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in project management or delivery roles
  • Experience managing end-to-end IT, cloud, or technical projects is preferred
  • Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid
  • Excellent client management and stakeholder communication skills
  • Strong planning, organizational, and problem-solving abilities
  • Experience in Work Breakdown Structure (WBS) and project scheduling tools
  • Familiarity with project management tools (MS Project, Jira, Asana, or similar)
  • Strong financial awareness including billing and invoice tracking
  • PMP / PRINCE2 certification is an advantage

岗位职责

      

  • Establish and maintain strong relationship with clients and serve as their main point of contact.
  • Maintain clear and proactive communication with clients, providing regular project updates, and addressing their needs and challenges in a professional and timely manner.
  • Responsible to ensure smooth end-to-end project execution, from project initiation to project launch within the agreed scope, time, cost, and quality.
  • Develop detailed project plans to monitor and track project progress and provide timely and accurate project status reporting to clients and internal teams.
  • Manage and maintain comprehensive project documentation to ensure all project requirements are fulfilled, including what was done, what was achieved, and what could have been done differently.
  • Responsible for ensuring payment milestone and billing process run smoothly.
  • Exceed customer's experience in delivery via project completion survey.
  • Accurate invoice forecast based on delivery implementation.
