Manage FOMEMA medical examination registrations and related documentation for foreign workers.
Handle foreign worker administration through FWCMS, including work permit renewals, levy payments, quota applications, and compliance-related matters.
Coordinate accommodation administration for foreign workers, including new accommodation registrations and maintaining related records.
Arrange and manage PUSPAKOM inspection bookings.
Coordinate JPJ appointment bookings and related documentation.
Handle MPHS applications, renewals, and related submissions.
Liaise with relevant government agencies, embassies, and external service providers to ensure timely processing of applications.
Maintain accurate employee records and ensure all statutory requirements and deadlines are met.
Provide general HR and administrative support as assigned.
Requirements
Minimum SPM, Diploma, or equivalent qualification.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and online government portals.
Strong organizational, communication, and administrative skills.
Able to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
Experience in handling foreign worker administration, FWCMS, FOMEMA, immigration matters, MPHS, PUSPAKOM, and JPJ processes will be an added advantage. Training will be provided for suitable candidates.
