Job Descriptions:-

• Perform basic troubleshooting and corrective actions within assigned scope.
• Record work activities, inspection results, and test data as required.
• Monitor machine performance during testing and identify any abnormalities or
• malfunctions.
• Support continuous improvement activities to enhance productivity, quality,
• and safety.
• Report any machine breakdowns, test failures, or safety issues to the
• Production Leader/Supervisor.
• To performed assigned task from superior based from standard /
• Manufacturing Process Instruction and complying with ISO 9001 and IATF
• 16949 standard
• To carry out any other duties assigned by the superior from time to time.

Job Requirements:-

• Diploma / Certificate in Mechanical, Manufacturing, Mechatronics, or related
• field.
• 2 3 years of working experience in CNC machining environment (automotive
• industry is an advantage).
• Good understanding of CNC machine operation and setup (Lathe and Milling).
• A bility to perform basic CNC program editing and offset adjustments.
• Able to read and interpret technical drawings.
• Knowledge of process control to ensure productivity and product quality.
• Experience in performing preventive maintenance and daily machine care activities.
• Familiar with ISO 9001 and IATF 16949 standards is an added advantage.
• Strong awareness of quality, safety, and compliance with Manufacturing
• Process Instructions (MPI).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM3,500.00 per month

Education:

• Malaysian Special Skills Certificate (Required)
