Clinic Assistant at Poliklinik Penawar Kelapa Sawit

• Register patients and manage the patient queue.
• Assist doctors during consultations and minor procedures.
• Check and record patients’ vital signs.
• Dispense medications according to the doctor’s prescription.
• Handle payments, receipts and panel claims.
• Answer calls, WhatsApp messages and patient enquiries.
• Maintain patient records and confidentiality.
• Monitor clinic stock and medication expiry dates.
• Keep the clinic, treatment area and equipment clean.
• Perform other duties assigned by the doctor or clinic management.

Poliklinik Penawar Kelapa Sawit
Kelapa Sawit, Kulai, Johor
