Role Overview
As a 3D Designer, you play a key role in transforming ideas into immersive visual and spatial experiences that bring our clients’ brands to life. Working closely with the Head of Department (HOD), you will create and deliver high-quality 3D design solutions for brand marketing, on-ground activations, exhibitions and O2O experiences.
With a strong eye for detail and a passion for design, you will help shape engaging physical and digital brand environments—supporting strategic objectives while elevating the overall brand experience for both local and global clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Conceptualize and execute high-quality 3D designs for exhibitions, events, activations, retail displays, and branded environments.
- Translate creative briefs into engaging, visually appealing design solutions.
- Work collaboratively with the Creative, Client Servicing, Production, and Business Development teams to ensure design feasibility, practicality, and alignment with client objectives.
- Support the creation of mood boards, spatial layouts, and 3D visualizations (renders) that effectively communicate design intent.
- Assist in presenting design concepts internally and externally with clarity and strategic justification.
- Ensure design output adheres to project timelines, budgets, and brand guidelines.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of design trends, materials, and technology relevant to experiential and spatial design.
- Revise and adapt designs based on feedback from internal teams and clients.
- Support execution teams during the production and setup phases to ensure design integrity.
Requirements
- Diploma/Degree in 3D Design, Interior Design, Industrial Design, or related field.
- 3–5 years of working experience in a similar role, preferably in an events, activation, or brand experience agency.
- Proficiency in 3D software such as 3Ds Max, or similar, as well as rendering engines like V-Ray
- Strong Adobe Creative Suite skills (especially Photoshop & Illustrator).
- Strong eye for detail, design aesthetics, space planning, and storytelling through design.
- Excellent time management skills, able to multitask and work under pressure.
- Good communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Proactive, resourceful and eager to learn and grow in a fast-paced creative environment.
