Requirements:

• Diploma/Degree in Quantity Surveying or equivalent.
• 2–5 years of relevant working experience.
• Knowledge in pre-contract and post-contract administration.
• Able to prepare BOQ, cost estimation, tender documents, progress claims and variation orders.
• Good understanding of construction drawings and contract documentation.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other QS-related software.
• Responsible, detail-oriented and able to work independently as well as in a team.

Pay: RM1,706.84 - RM4,000.00 per month
