Key Responsibilities:
Administrative Support
- Manage office operations including filing, correspondence, document preparation, and record-keeping.
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and inquiries from clients, vendors, and internal departments.
- Maintain and update company databases, transport logs, and driver attendance records.
- Prepare delivery orders, job sheets, invoices, and other transport-related documents.
- Monitor drivers’ daily activities, fuel usage, and trip reports.
- Support in maintaining vehicle service and maintenance records.
- Ensure all transport-related permits, insurance, and licenses are up to date.
- Prepare monthly reports on transport performance, vehicle utilization, and administrative expenses.
- Assist in compliance with safety and regulatory requirements for transport operations.
- Support HR and finance in processing attendance, claims, and petty cash reimbursements.
- Order and manage office and logistics supplies.
- Provide general administrative support to management and other departments as needed.
Requirements
- Education: Minimum Diploma in Business Administration, Logistics, or related field.
- Experience: 1–3 years of experience in administrative or logistics coordination roles (preferably in transport or haulage industry).
- Skills:
- Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of transport operations and documentation.
- Personal Attributes:
- Detail-oriented, reliable, and proactive.
- Able to work independently and under minimal supervision.
- Team player with a positive attitude.

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
