Job Responsibilities:

• Configure, deploy, and maintain endpoints, including desktops, laptops, and mobile devices
• Implement and manage endpoint security solutions, such as antivirus software and firewalls.
• Monitor endpoint performance and security alerts, addressing issues proactively.
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for endpoint-related problems.
• Create and manage software deployment processes to ensure timely updates and patches.
• Collaborate with other IT teams to ensure seamless integration of endpoint systems
• Document endpoint configurations, policies, and procedures.
• Generate reports on endpoint performance, security incidents, and compliance status

Job Requirements:

• Proven experience in endpoint management or a similar role, preferably within the banking or financial services sector.
• Strong knowledge of endpoint security best practices and tools.
• Familiarity with operating systems (Windows, macOS, Linux) and mobile device management (MDM) solutions.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Pay: From RM2,800.00 per month
