Job Responsibilities:

• Verify and review or coordinate daily QC jobs
• To conduct internal verification/calibration
• To prepare or verify product sticker/stamping information
• To standby at production line and perform QC inspection
• To ensure production worker handling is in line with the GMP Practices
• To perform online baking test
• To attend to quality related issues
• To ensure production operations are in conformance with FSMS
• To verify metal test piece used for Metal Detector
• To ensure QC retention samples is well-managed.
• To assist and conduct QC testing during new product trial / process change
• To establish or update procedures such as Working Instruction, Standard Operating Procedure or Process Flow Specification.
• To update and verify Batch Control Form for production use.
• To verify daily production record (CCP Record, Hard Plastic, Cleaning, Changes over inspection, QC Packaging Inspection etc)
• To assist pest control contractor during inspection inside production and in charge in Internal Pest Control Inspection Record.
• To review and compile or update monthly QC record / prepare new updated record on early month
• To be in charge/assist in the on hold process of any non-conforming product
• To write technical report or documentation such as trend analysis (insect and pest control, new product trial and incident report).
• Provide training for operators according to schedule and when necessary.
• Supports QA in non-conformance investigation and root cause analysis, customer complaint and supplier complaint.
• To perform other duties as and when instructed by superior or Senior Management and report any problem to food safety and quality.
• Any ad-hoc assignments

Job Requirements:

• Diploma/Degree in Food Science and Technology
• Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience in food manufacturing industry
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
• Able to work on 6-days week basis
• Able to work independent with minimum supervision

Pay: From RM2,500.00 per month
