岗位职责

Manage end-to-end E&I projects from bidding, project planning, execution, testing, commissioning, to project handover and close-out.
Review tender requirements and prepare project planning, schedules, manpower allocation, cost estimates, and technical inputs during the bidding stage.
Develop project execution plans, monitor project progress, budgets, and schedules, while identifying risks and implementing mitigation plans.
Coordinate with clients, consultants, suppliers, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure smooth project execution and timely project delivery.
Prepare and review engineering deliverables including P&IDs, Single Line Diagrams (SLD), electrical schematics, datasheets, technical procedures, and related project documentation.
Manage procurement activities including RFQs, vendor evaluations, purchase orders, and material delivery to support project schedules.
Supervise construction, installation, inspection, testing, calibration, and commissioning activities, ensuring compliance with project specifications and quality requirements.
Ensure compliance with HSE requirements, industry standards, and client specifications throughout all project phases.
Prepare project reports, technical documentation, invoicing with supporting records, and monitor project costs and progress.
Lead project close-out activities, including final inspections, client acceptance, punch list clearance, and preparation of close-out reports with lessons learned.
