Role and Responsibilities

1. 
   Develop, implement and maintain an effective scheduling management system
2. .Prepare project(s) program/schedule covering entire scope and within defined timelines
3. .Calculate and prepare Manpower Requirement & Machinery Requirement
4. .Coordinate project timeline with internal departments from Technical, Project, Commercial, Procurement and Legal team on day-to-day basis during planning and project execution phase
5. .Coordinate project(s) timeline with external customer and consultant on day-to-day basis during planning and project execution phase
6. .Collect periodic updates and prepare daily, weekly and monthly updates of the project
7. .Identify potential project(s) schedule delays and facilitating intervention in a timeous manner
8. .Evaluate contractor’s performance and prepare project progress reports
9. .Recommend actions to keep projects within approved completion time
10. .Create variance report at various stages of the project to analyse deviations
11. .Assist the Planning Manager to perform delay analysis and prepare EOT application’s document for submission to the project owner
12. .Assist the Planning Manager to assess subcontractor’s EOT application and make recommendation to HOD on the subcontractor’s entitlement based on the contract
13. .Create Project Closing Reports and Learning
14. .Any adhoc assignment or duties assigned by the Superior/HOD

Requireme

• ntsCandidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or equival
• ent1-2 years hands-on planning experience in Solar, Renewable Energy, Oil & Gas project environm
• entSkills and experience in using Microsoft Project, Primavera, MS Words and Ex
• celGood workload management ski
• llsAbility to work under own initiative with minimum supervis
