岗位职责
Job Responsibilities:
1. Coordinate in planning, managing project team, meetings, schedule, equipments and information.
2. Liaise with contractors / sub-contractors / vendors / suppliers
3. Work closely with Maintenance team to prepare comprehensive action plans, including resources, timeframes and budgets for the projects efficiently.
4. Responsible to ensure projects are completed and handover on time, within budget and meet quality standard
5. Ensure projects carried out are accordance to specifications and requirements.
6. Ensure smooth operations and supervisory works at project site
Job Requirements:
1. Diploma in M&E Engineering / Construction or similar
2. Good communication skill, resourceful, reliable and discipline
3. Independent and work with minimum supervision
4. Can communicate with all level of people
