Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end payroll preparation, checking, validation, sign-off, and bank file approval.
- Ensure payroll data is accurate and complete, including onboarding, offboarding, recurring payments, one-time payments, bonus, salary adjustments, and final payments.
- Coordinate with HRBP, Finance, IT, Compliance, and payroll vendors to ensure smooth payroll and time attendance processes.
- Handle payroll provisioning, journal submission, bank reconciliation, vendor invoice validation, and intercompany recharges.
- Prepare payroll reports, statutory submissions, payroll simulations, and analysis to support business needs.
- Provide Level 2 support for payroll-related queries and escalate complex issues when required.
- Maintain employee Digital Personnel Files and support payroll digitization initiatives.
- Develop and update SOPs, work instructions, user guides, and communication materials.
- Support payroll change requests, process improvements, and other assigned projects.
Requirements:
- At least 3 years of working experience in Payroll or HR field, preferably in a Shared Services environment.
- Possess Bachelor’s Degree in any related field.
- Knowledgeable of HR disciplines.
- Good communication skills and strong attention to details.
- IT literacy in Microsoft Office suite.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
