Job Descriptions:

• Conduct product research and source for new suppliers and vendors.
• Source for materials, goods, products, and services and negotiate for the best and cost-effective contracts and deals.
• Perform inventory inspections and reordering supplies and stock as necessary.
• Conduct market research to keep abreast of emerging trends and business opportunities.
• Inspect the stocks and report any faulty items or inconsistencies immediately.
• Update and maintain the records of all orders, payments, and received stock.
• Coordinate with the delivery team and follow up on delays or orders that have been rescheduled.
• Attend product launches and networking with industry professionals.
• Establish professional relationships with clients as well as vendors and suppliers.
• Ensure all stock is packaged appropriately and delivered to the correct location in a timely manner.
• Negotiation skills to work with suppliers and make better deals for the company.
• Good attention to detail to ensure all purchase orders are accurate
• Good manage the warehouse reorder level and report.
• Undertake any other ad-hoc assignment as instructed by the Superior.

Qualifications,Skills & Knowledge:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics, Logistics, Business Administration or related field.
• In-depth knowledge of vendor sourcing practices (researching, evaluating and liaising with vendors).
• Hands-on experience with purchasing.
• In-depth knowledge of supply chain procedures.
• Solid analytical skills, with the ability to create financial reports and conduct cost analysis.
• Great understanding of the market and current market trends.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and negotiation skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2,800.00 - RM4,200.00 per month
