JOB VACANCY: PROJECT MANAGER

Contract Duration: 1 Year
Location: Sg. Siput, Perak
Salary Range: RM6,000 – RM10,000 (based on qualification and experience)

Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field
• Minimum 5 years of experience in project management or the power/energy industry
• Experience in electrical, energy, or technical construction projects is an added advantage
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Ability to manage teams and projects independently
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure

Job Description

• Plan, coordinate, and manage overall project execution from initiation to completion
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and according to technical specifications
• Supervise on-site project activities and ensure compliance with safety standards
• Liaise with clients, contractors, suppliers, and relevant stakeholders
• Prepare and submit regular project progress reports to management
• Identify project risks and implement appropriate mitigation actions
• Manage manpower, materials, and equipment at project sites
• Ensure all project documentation is properly maintained and updated
• Attend project meetings and provide technical solutions when required
