Contract Duration: 1 Year

About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and motivated Electrical Technician to join our project team for a 1-year contract. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting electrical installation, maintenance, testing, and troubleshooting works related to project requirements. This role is suitable for both experienced technicians and fresh graduates who are eager to develop their career in the electrical field.

Job Responsibilities

• Carry out electrical installation works according to project specifications and safety standards
• Perform routine inspection, testing, and maintenance of electrical systems and equipment
• Assist engineers in project execution, troubleshooting, and site supervision
• Ensure all electrical works comply with Suruhanjaya Tenaga regulations and company standards
• Prepare basic reports on work progress, defects, and maintenance activities
• Diagnose and repair electrical faults on-site when required
• Ensure proper handling and maintenance of tools, equipment, and materials
• Follow all safety procedures and maintain a safe working environment at site

Requirements

• Minimum PW / A1 certification from Suruhanjaya Tenaga
• Certificate in Electrical Engineering or related field
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
• Basic knowledge of electrical systems, wiring, and troubleshooting
• Able to work on-site in Sungai Siput, Perak
• Willing to learn, responsible, and able to work in a team
• Good discipline and commitment to safety standards

Preferred Skills (Optional)

• Experience in electrical project works or maintenance (added advantage)
• Ability to read electrical drawings and schematics
• Good problem-solving skills
• Able to work independently with minimal supervision
