EnerGreen is Malaysia’s first alternative green electricity plan, dedicated to supplying green electricity to new corporate energy consumers through the Corporate Renewable Energy Supply Scheme (CRESS). This is an internship position, not a junior or full-time role. Please ensure you have an official internship placement letter from your faculty.

Job Summary

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Business Development Intern to support our Commercial Lead in driving business growth initiatives. The intern will play a key role in developing and managing the sales pipeline, supporting go-to-market (GTM) activities, conducting market research, and creating high-quality sales and marketing collateral. This role offers hands-on exposure to commercial strategy, customer engagement, sales operations, and business development within a fast-paced environment.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Support the Commercial Lead in identifying and researching potential customers, partners, and market opportunities
• Assist in lead generation activities through market research, LinkedIn prospecting, industry databases, and other outreach channels
• Support in preparing sales reports, leads tracking dashboards, and pipeline performance summaries
• Create and update sales presentations, pitch decks, and commercial proposals
• Assist in preparing sales & marketing materials, customer presentations, and commercial documentation
• Actively participate in Go-to-Market events & meetings

Requirements

• Students pursuing Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Economics, Entrepreneurship, or a related field
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint & Microsoft Excel
• Familiarity with Canva, Adobe Express, Figma, or other design tools is an advantage
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with attention to detail
• Creative mindset with the ability to translate ideas into compelling visual and written content
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment
• Self-motivated, resourceful, and eager to learn
