Warehouse Admin Coordinator (Executive or Assistant)
Job Summary
Support daily warehouse operations by handling inventory records, coordinating deliveries, and ensuring smooth communication between teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Update and maintain inventory records
- Assist in receiving, storing, and dispatching goods
- Coordinate deliveries, shipments, and stock transfers
- Prepare basic reports and maintain documents (PO, invoices, etc.)
- Communicate with warehouse staff, suppliers, and internal teams
- Ensure basic safety and company procedures are followed
Requirements
- Minimum SPM or equivalent
- Basic knowledge of warehouse operations
- Able to perform physical work when needed
- Team player with good attitude
- Willing to work overtime if required
Skills
- Basic computer skills (Excel, ERP/WMS is a plus)
- Good organization and communication
- Attention to detail
