Key Responsibilities
Order Fulfillment: Retrieve (pick) items from warehouse shelves and pack them accurately for shipment to customers or other facilities.
Inventory Management: Conduct regular cycle counts, audit stock levels, and update warehouse management systems (WMS) to prevent discrepancies.
Safety & Maintenance: Adhere to strict workplace health and safety protocols, keep the workspace clean, and report any hazards or equipment malfunctions.
Core Requirements & Skills
Physical Stamina: Ability to lift heavy objects, stand, walk, and bend for extended periods.
Organization & Detail: Strong attention to detail to ensure the right items are shipped and accurate records are kept.
Certifications: Forklift certification or previous warehouse experience is highly preferred but otherwise trainable on the job.
