Responsibilities:

• Support daily restaurant operations and outlet audits
• Assist with SOP documentation and process improvements
• Analyse operational reports and identify improvement opportunities
• Support outlet openings, projects, and cross-functional initiatives
• Work closely with Operations Managers and outlet teams
