Job Summary
We are looking for an E-Commerce Graphic Designer to create visual assets for multiple client accounts across marketplace platforms (Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop) and social media channels. This role is design-led, with occasional copywriting support as needed.
Key Responsibilities
Marketplace Design
- Design banners, hero images, product images, and promotional graphics for Shopee, Lazada, and TikTok Shop storefronts and campaign pages
- Create visuals tailored to platform-specific requirements (Mega Campaigns, Payday Sales, Flash Deals, Brand Days, seasonal promotions)
- Optimise images for loading speed, mobile display, and platform specifications
- Maintain organised file structures and update creative libraries
Social Media Design
- Create graphics for social media posts, stories, and ads across Meta (Facebook/Instagram), TikTok, and other relevant platforms
- Design static ad creatives for performance marketing campaigns
- Adapt visual assets for different channel formats and dimensions
Content Support
- Occasionally write short copy for social media captions, product highlights, or promotional messaging when needed
- Collaborate with account managers and marketing teams to align visuals with campaign briefs and brand guidelines
Creative Development
- Monitor design trends in e-commerce and social media to propose fresh ideas
- Ensure brand consistency across all visual outputs for each client
- Support photoshoots or content production sessions when required
