Key Responsibilities
To support the contracts team in managing post-contract activities, ensuring cost control, compliance with contract terms, accurate documentation, and smooth payment processes. This role focuses on preparing price comparisons, assisting in certificate issuance, and verifying subcontractor claim calculations.
Post-Contract Administration
- Review and monitor Variation Orders (VOs), site instructions, and scope changes.
- Assist in preparing final accounts and cost reconciliation.
- Maintain updated and auditable contract documentation
Compliance & Governance
- Ensure adherence to contract terms, company policies, and SOPs.
- Maintain systematic record-keeping and version control of documents.
- Safeguard confidentiality of commercial information.
Safety and Compliance
Ensure full compliance with ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 requirements, including adherence to company policies, site SHE rules, risk assessments, and applicable laws and regulations.
Education & Experience (Basic requirement for this position)
- Diploma/Degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, Electrical Engineering, or related fields.
- 1–3 years in post-contract administration, quantity surveying, or procurement.
- Exposure to construction or engineering projects is an advantage.
Skills and attributes
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel (formulas, pivot tables), Word, and PowerPoint.
- Familiarity with Contract/Cost Management Systems (e.g., Candy, CCS, ERP, Procore, Aconex) is a plus.
- Basic understanding of standard forms of contract (e.g., FIDIC, PAM, JKR).
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
