Purpose of the role:

To prepare reports; doing operational analysis & execution; data collection & communication with related parties; and coordinate for meeting with minutes.

Working Relationships:

Internal: All Department and branches.

External: Related customer

Key Accountabilities:

1. Preparation of Reports:

• Compile and prepare daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports with accuracy and timeliness.
• Ensure all reports meet organizational standards and provide meaningful insights for decision-making.

2. Operational Analysis and Execution:

• Analyze operational reports to identify trends, issues, and areas for improvement.
• Execute action plans and initiatives as directed by superiors, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.

3. Data Collection and Communication:

• Communicate effectively with branch personnel to collect, consolidate, and verify operational data.
• Maintain a consistent flow of information to ensure accuracy and completeness of reports.

4. Meeting Coordination and Minutes:

• Arrange meetings for superiors, ensuring schedules and agendas are well-organized.
• Attend meetings, take comprehensive minutes, and distribute them to relevant stakeholders promptly.

Formal Education:

• Possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree or Professional Degree in any related field.

Experience:

• At least 1 years of working experience in operations or related field.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Required Skills: Microsoft Excel and/or Google Sheet.

Personal Qualities:

• Able to work in a team environment.
• Able to work as well as teams’ activities, document in a concise manner.
• Able to present solution in written and oral reports.
• Good analytical and problem solving skills.
• Able to plan own work as team’s activities, document in a clear and concise manner.
• Possess an excellent spoken and written English with high initiatives and positive attitude.
• Customer-facing and allied to strong operational discipline, with responsibility for driving the business in a fresh and innovative direction.
• Ability to think strategically and act tactically. Comfortable in day-to-day operations and willing to "dive deep" when necessary.

Job Types: Permanent, Fresh graduate

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,400.00 per month
