Responsible of office receptionist such as incoming calls, incoming email and etc.
To assist in prepare and updating records of administration work such as preparation of letter, employment contract, resigned administration, employees’ job confirmation, transfer, promotion, contract renewal & foreign worker permit renewal and other admins work
To assist in update and maintain employees’ profile, attendance, leave, medical and relevant update works
To assist in ensure smooth and efficient day to day admin operations.
To assist in preparation of letters and correspondences and liaise with the relevant authority/government department if necessary.
To assist for the employee claims and insurance handling.
To assist for staff welfare & accommodation provided.
To assist in keep records and proper filling system whilst maintain security of confidential information.
To assist in handle all general office administration and maintenance related works of office facilities and up keeping of office equipment, office supplies and asset management.
Ad-hoc tasks assigned by the Management from time to time.
Requirements:
Have positive attitude and willingness to learn.
Matured with good analytical and problem-solving skills.
Possess good interpersonal, comprehension skills, communication skills and able to work under pressure with minimum supervision.
Must be good in discipline, time management and self-motivated.
