Overview

We are looking for a responsible and proactive Retail Operations & Logistics Executive to support the day-to-day operations of our retail kiosks across 10 outlets. This role involves travelling between outlets to manage stock deliveries, maintain kiosk presentation, support and train promoters, and ensure smooth retail operations.

Requirements:

• Must possess a valid driving licence and own a car.
• Petrol allowance is provided.
• Toll and parking expenses are claimable.

Key ResponsibilitiesPromoter Training & Support

• Train promoters on product knowledge and company procedures.
• Guide promoters on product sampling, customer engagement, and sales techniques.
• Ensure company SOPs are consistently followed.
• Conduct regular outlet visits to provide support and monitor performance.

Stock & Logistics

• Prepare and pack stock for outlet replenishment.
• Deliver stock to outlets using your own vehicle.
• Collect empty boxes and returned stock from outlets and transport them back to the office.
• Record and monitor stock movements accurately.
• Coordinate with internal teams to maintain sufficient stock levels at all outlets.

Outlet & Kiosk Management

• Ensure product displays are neat, organised, and aligned with brand standards.
• Maintain kiosk cleanliness and replenish stock when required.
• Report damaged equipment, missing items, or maintenance issues.
• Assist with kiosk setup and merchandising arrangements for new or existing locations.

Operations Support

• Plan and manage a weekly outlet visitation schedule.
• Work closely with the Operations and HR teams.
• Provide operational support during events and promotional activities.
• Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency and stock flow.

Requirements

• Valid driving licence and own vehicle.
• Physically fit and comfortable lifting and moving stock.
• Responsible, organised, and able to work independently.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Comfortable training and guiding retail promoters.
• Basic stock management experience is an advantage but not required.
• Willing to travel regularly between outlets.
