This role supports retail store operations through workforce and wage analysis, helping operational leaders make informed decisions on staffing, labour efficiency, and wage spend. The role focuses on analysis, reporting, and insights to support store performance across the retail network, working closely with regional stakeholders.

This role also provides the opportunity to work with international teams based in Australia, offering exposure to how a large-scale, big-box retail operation runs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyse workforce and wage data to support labour efficiency and effective staffing decisions across stores.
• Monitor wage spend against budgets and trading performance, highlighting trends and variances.
• Prepare regular reports and dashboards on store performance, labour productivity, and wage metrics.
• Support Regional and Divisional Managers with insights related to workforce planning and store operations.
• Review store performance across regions and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Assist with payroll‑related data analysis (no payroll processing) to support operational reviews.
• Support ongoing improvement of reporting, data accuracy, and analysis processes.
• Provide day‑to‑day analytical and administrative support to ensure smooth operations and project execution.

Requirements:

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Analytics, Operations, or a related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in an analyst, operations, reporting, or retail support role.
• Strong Excel skills (pivot tables, formulas, data analysis).
• Strong working proficiency in Power BI, with hands‑on experience building and maintaining reports and dashboards for business or operational use.
• Good command of English (written and verbal), with ability to communicate effectively with regional and Australian stakeholders.
• Able to start work early (7AM-4PM daily).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
