Create manual orders for any required B2C and B2B business.
Monitor and collect data daily on any out-of-stock (OOS) products and report to the commercial team.
Maintain billing such as master billing compilation, invoicing, credit notes, and payment reconciliation for B2B business.
Monitor platform order creation and order flows to detect any technical issues, such as syncing failure.
Monitor order fulfillment progress to avoid delay in fulfillment.
Communicate internally and externally to ensure optimal fulfillment performance.
Assist warehouse operation to monitor 3rd party logistic service provider pick-up in a timely manner.
Process manual order processing (RTS), and order cancellation if required.
Assist in inventory management, such as being involved in return management, manual order processing, and stock take process, compilation of stock take reports, and inventory housekeeping.
Assist in setting up warehouse/ internal clearance sales, online and offline.
Always involved in training provided when available.
Keep a record of all work done and compile data for performance reporting.
Strive to push new initiatives to improve individual and team efficiency.
Strive to hit individual and team KPI/target given.
Perform all other duties as assigned by HOD / Assistant HOD.
Relocation between worksites/warehouse may be required based on operational needs.
Requirement
SPM/ Diploma or any level.
1 year of working experience in Store/ Storage/ Warehouse Environment.
Basic computer skills.
Good in common sense.
Ability to work in team.
Flexible to cope with different work pressure.
Honest & Reliable.
