Liaise with Project Managers, clients, consultants, suppliers, contractors, and internal departments to ensure smooth project execution.
Attend project meetings and provide timely updates on project progress and site matters.
Resolve site-related issues by coordinating with contractors, consultants, suppliers, and relevant stakeholders.
Prepare and review project documentation, including method statements, material submissions, work schedules, inspection checklists, and technical specifications.
Ensure compliance with project requirements, quality standards, and company procedures.
Requirements
Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Project Management, Construction Management, Engineering, or related fields.
Minimum 3 years of experience in project coordination, project execution, construction, or related industries.
Experience in site supervision, project scheduling, and contractor management.
Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
Possess own transport and willing to travel to project sites as required.
Able to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
