Qualifications

• Recognised degree in M&E Engineering

Skills & Abilities

• Sound knowledge of contractual issue.

• Good organisation, excellent verbal/written communication and interpersonal skills.

Expected Minimum Years of Experience

• Minimum of 8 years working experience

• Close monitoring of project activities including work progress and quality, adherence to contract specification, performance of contractors, manpower requirement, etc and to ensurethat proper recoding and / or documentation of site works are carried out in the most efficient and cost effective way.

• Stringent checks on costs during both planning and implementation stages.

• Ensure cost control of site works and identify the variation of the contract that involve claims both from sub-contracrtors and clients.

• Organise and monitor the calling of tenders / quotations for schedule project work and periodically reviewing and checking of contract document.

• Check progress claims from consultants / contractors to ensure payments are in order and according to the terms of appointments / contracts.

• Prepare periodical progress reports and to attend all meetings or briefing required by the senior management.

• Any other duties that will be assigned from time to time by the Management.
