Role Description The Facility Executive is a contract, on-site role based in Petaling Jaya, responsible for overseeing day-to-day facilities operations within the company’s premises. This role includes coordinating building maintenance activities, ensuring cleanliness and safety standards, and monitoring contractors and service providers to meet operational and regulatory requirements. The Facility Executive will handle facility-related issues, manage preventive maintenance schedules, and support the implementation of facility management (FM) policies and procedures. The role also involves responding to internal stakeholder requests, supporting customer-facing teams to maintain high service standards, and preparing basic reports on facility performance and compliance.


Qualifications

  • Candidates should possess skills in Facilities Operations and Facility Management (FM) to oversee daily building services and maintenance activities.
  • Candidates should possess skills in Building Management to coordinate repairs, upgrades, safety measures, and vendor services for the premises.
  • Candidates should possess skills in Customer Satisfaction to support service quality, respond to facility-related concerns, and contribute to a positive experience for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Candidates should possess strong Communication skills to coordinate with management, service providers, and staff, and to prepare clear reports and updates.
  • Diploma or degree in Facilities Management, Property Management, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
  • Experience in facilities or building management, particularly in security, banking, or logistics environments, is an advantage.
  • Knowledge of health, safety, and regulatory requirements relevant to building operations.
  • Ability to work on-site in Petaling Jaya, manage multiple tasks, and respond promptly to operational issues.
