任职资格

A Bachelor's Degree in Biomedical Engineering, Electronic Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related discipline.
Recent graduates are welcome to apply. Previous experience in medical devices or healthcare equipment is a plus.
Excellent technical troubleshooting and analytical abilities.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Able to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
Open to travel for on-site installations and service tasks.
Must hold a valid driver's license.
Skilled in Microsoft Office software.

岗位职责

Set up, evaluate, diagnose, initialize, and service medical devices.
Execute routine maintenance and repairs in line with organizational standards.
Identify and resolve equipment issues, offering quick solutions.
Carry out equipment calibration, functional assessments, and performance checks.
Generate and keep updated service reports, maintenance logs, and technical documents.
Offer technical assistance and product training to clients as needed.
Collaborate with vendors and manufacturers for technical support and warranty issues.
Adhere to company policies, safety protocols, and applicable regulatory standards.
Support the Sales team by facilitating product demonstrations, technical presentations, and pre-sales assistance.
Engage in on-site customer visits and address service requests promptly.
Complete additional tasks assigned by Management as necessary.
