Clinic Assistant

We are looking for a friendly, organized, and dedicated Clinic Assistant to support our healthcare team in delivering excellent patient care and ensuring smooth clinic operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Register patients and manage appointments.
• Assist doctors and nurses during consultations and procedures.
• Handle patient inquiries and provide excellent customer service.
• Maintain patient records and clinic documentation.
• Manage billing, payments, and basic administrative tasks.
• Ensure cleanliness and organization of consultation rooms and clinic facilities.
• Assist with stock monitoring and inventory management.
• Follow clinic policies and healthcare regulations.

Requirements:

• Minimum SPM, Diploma is an added advantage.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic computer knowledge (Microsoft Office).
• Responsible, hardworking, and able to work in a team.
• Willing to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays when required.

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
