Solar Technicians

Full Job Description

- Test, repair and service technical solar photovoltaic modules, inverters, DC/AC cables, combiner boxes, etc.

- Operate & maintain solar PV system.

- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance works for Solar plants.

- Monitor and update generation and plant performance of solar PV plants on daily basis.

- Coordinate and supervise external contractors during electrical servicing or repair works.

- Attend to emergency maintenance calls and standby duties when required.

- Report abnormalities, hazards, or equipment defects to the superior immediately

- Prepare monthly inspection report for the solar PV plants.

Requirements

- PW/AO/A1/A4/B0 from the Suruhanjaya Tenaga (ST)

- Familiarity with electrical drawings, schematics, and technical manuals

- Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English

- At least 1-2 years working experience in Electrical/ Solar system

- Willingness to work extended hours and to adapt to changing work schedules, including travel

- Ability to work effectively with others as part of a team

- Possess manual dexterity and problem-solving skills

- Roof installation / repair experience would be an added advantage

- Basic computer knowledge for maintenance reporting and documentation.

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM3,700.00 per month
