KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Lead IQC, IPQC, and OQA processes in compliance with AS9100 requirements.
• Coordinate product recalls, line stops, and shipment holds; act as customer contact on quality escalations.
• Generate and maintain inspection plans, bubble drawings, and inspection instruction reports (IIR).
• Conduct and follow up on CAPA activities to ensure effectiveness of corrective actions.
• Lead FMEA, MSA, and Control Plan generation in collaboration with engineering.
• Perform First Article Inspections (FAI) per AS9102 and coordinate FAIR submissions.
• Support internal audits and ensure QMS compliance across the operation.
• Monitor and maintain calibrated inspection equipment and proper configuration control.
• Authorised to trigger production or shipment stops where product conformity is at risk.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Advanced Diploma or Degree in Engineering or related discipline.
• Minimum 2 years' experience in manufacturing; minimum 1 year in QC/QA.
• Knowledge of AS9100, ISO9001, and QC tools (8D, MSA, 7QC Tools, SPC, TQM).
• Ability to interpret engineering drawings and GD&T.

Pay: RM1,769.96 - RM3,500.00 per month
