Key Responsibilities
- Deliver AI and Avatar-related training programs to internal and external participants.
- Facilitate 2–3 day instructor-led training sessions, including practical hands-on activities.
- Explain AI concepts, system features, and digital workflows in a clear and easy-to-understand manner.
- Guide participants during practical exercises and provide technical assistance when required.
- Encourage participant engagement through discussions, demonstrations, and interactive learning.
- Answer participant questions confidently and professionally.
- Ensure training materials and delivery are aligned with company standards.
- Conduct system demonstrations and process walkthroughs.
- Support continuous improvement of training materials and learning content.
- Keep up to date with AI technologies, digital tools, and new product enhancements.
- Represent the company professionally during training sessions, workshops, and customer engagements.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in training, technical support, customer service, or a related role.
- Candidates from non-technical backgrounds but with strong IT literacy and digital tool experience are also encouraged to apply.
- Basic understanding of AI concepts and digital technologies.
- Comfortable using digital tools and learning new technologies.
- Strong communication, presentation, and facilitation skills.
- Confident speaking in front of groups and engaging participants.
- Proficient in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
Pay: RM5,000.00 per month
