Our products are mostly sold through retail partners, and we are now building stronger online sales channels.
About The Role
We are hiring an E-Commerce Executive to own and grow our marketplace sales channel, starting with Shopee. This is a hands-on role, requiring you to manage the Shopee store, listings, campaigns, ads, fulfilment follow-up, and performance reporting. The big goal is to build a strong Shopee channel that wins the trust of customers.
This role is a strong fit if you like ownership, numbers, customers, and marketplace execution.
Your Responsibilities
- Set up, manage, and improve our Shopee store.
- Create and update product listings, including titles, descriptions, photos, pricing, variations, bundles, and vouchers.
- Keep product details, stock status, pricing, promotions, delivery information, and store information accurate.
- Plan and run Shopee campaigns, vouchers, bundles, free shipping mechanics, add-on deals, and other marketplace promotions.
- Manage Shopee Ads execution and track what is working.
- Monitor sales, traffic, conversion, campaign performance, customer chat, reviews, and store health.
- Study competitor listings, pricing, bundles, reviews, and promotions.
- Turn common customer questions into better listing content.
- Coordinate with the operations team on stock, orders, fulfilment, cancellations, returns, and delivery issues.
- Flag stock risks, fulfilment issues, customer complaints, and store problems early.
- Prepare marketplace performance updates with clear next actions.
- Build simple SOPs so marketplace work becomes repeatable.
What We’re Looking For
Must-Haves
- At least 2 years of experience in e-commerce, marketplace operations, online sales, or digital retail.
- Hands-on experience with Shopee Seller Centre.
- Experience running marketplace campaigns.
- FMCG, food, snacks, beauty, household, retail, or consumer goods experience.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Comfortable with numbers, sales reports, and marketplace dashboards.
- Comfortable using AI tools to work faster, improve listings, analyse information, and organise daily work.
Bonus Points
- Basic Canva or content-editing skills.
- Experience with Shopee Ads.
- Experience with Lazada Seller Centre or TikTok Shop.
- Experience launching a new marketplace store or growing an early-stage store.
- Experience managing bundles, vouchers, live campaigns, or marketplace launches.
- Familiarity with inventory systems, order fulfilment, or warehouse coordination.
