Responsible for managing the full cycle of the recruitment process and meeting the requirements given by clients including but not limited to writing job descriptions and posting advertisements on relevant job portals.
Develop and enhance the existing and new sourcing channels.
Prepare candidates’ profiles and correspondence to forward to clients in respect of suitable candidates.
Build and maintain good relationships with clients and candidates.
Perform background and reference checks for shortlisted applicants.
Keep track of all application statuses and keep the applicants informed on their status.
