Key Responsibilities
- Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair desktop computers, laptops, printers, and peripheral devices.
- Install, configure, and upgrade hardware components (RAM, HDD/SSD, motherboard, PSU, etc.).
- Perform routine maintenance, system checks, and preventive servicing.
- Assemble and test new computers according to specifications.
- Identify hardware faults and recommend repair or replacement solutions.
- Provide on-site and remote technical support to users.
- Maintain accurate records of repairs, inventory, and service reports.
- Coordinate with vendors for warranty claims and spare parts procurement.
- Ensure compliance with safety, security, and company IT policies.
Required Skills & Competencies
- Strong knowledge of computer hardware architecture and components.
- Proficiency in troubleshooting Windows-based systems (basic macOS/Linux knowledge is an advantage).
- Familiarity with BIOS/UEFI configuration and firmware updates.
- Basic networking knowledge (LAN, cables, routers, switches).
- Ability to use diagnostic tools and testing equipment.
- Good problem-solving, analytical, and time management skills.
- Effective communication and customer service skills.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Certificate in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- Relevant technical certifications (CompTIA A+, IT Support, or equivalent) are an advantage.
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience in hardware support or technical servicing (fresh graduates may be considered).

Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
