Responsibilities
- Plan, coordinate, and manage solar project installation and implementation
- Prepare project schedules, technical drawings, and documentation
- Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and project teams on site
- Monitor project progress to ensure work is completed on time and within budget
- Conduct site inspections and ensure installation follows technical specifications
- Troubleshoot technical issues related to solar system installation
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards
- Prepare project reports and update management on project status
- Assist in testing and commissioning of solar systems
Requirements
- Degree in Electrical Engineering, Renewable Energy, or related field
- 1–2 years of experience in solar, electrical, or construction projects is preferred
- Knowledge of epcc solar systems and electrical design
- Ability to read technical drawings and project plans
- Good project coordination and communication skills
- Willing to travel to project sites when required
- Knowledge of safety standards and regulations is an advantage
