Develop and maintain material requirements planning.
Monitor inventory levels and initiate timely procurement to avoid stockouts or overstock.
Address material shortages and escalate critical supply issues.
Monitor inventory stock, determine required materials, and generate purchase requisitions.
Request updated quotations upon expiry and negotiate optimal pricing with suppliers.
Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials.
Collaborate with purchasing, logistics, warehouse, and production planner.
To carry out any other duties as and when required by the management or persons acting on behalf of the management.
Minimum of a Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business, or a related field.
Fresh graduate with relevant qualifications are encourage to apply.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite—specifically advanced Excel (VLOOKUPs, pivot tables).
Strong analytical capabilities, keen attention to detail, and excellent verbal and written communication skills for dealing with suppliers and cross-functional teams.
Willing to work overtime if required by management.
