Role Description

The Content Producer is a full-time role based in Cyberjaya, with a hybrid work arrangement that allows some work-from-home flexibility. This role is responsible for planning, creating, and managing engaging content across MRIC Healthcare’s digital platforms, including YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, websites, and other communication channels.


Day-to-day tasks include developing fresh content ideas, producing videos, writing captions and scripts, coordinating live sessions, supporting campaigns, and creating digital and offline marketing materials. The Content Producer may also be required to host, appear on camera, conduct interviews, or represent the brand’s voice in selected content.


This role will work closely with the marketing, clinical, and operations teams to turn healthcare topics into simple, creative, and engaging content for the public. The role also involves managing content calendars, supporting influencer collaborations and brand partnerships, monitoring content performance, and contributing ideas to strengthen community engagement and brand visibility.


Qualifications

  • Strong writing and storytelling skills, with the ability to create clear, engaging, and audience-appropriate content for social media, video, web, and marketing materials.
  • Experience in content planning and content production, including developing content calendars, campaign ideas, video concepts, scripts, and social media posts.
  • Knowledge of social media platforms such as YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook, with practical experience in managing posts, campaigns, and community engagement.
  • Comfortable appearing on camera, hosting videos, conducting interviews, or representing the brand in content when required.
  • Creative mindset with the ability to develop fresh ideas for videos, live sessions, campaigns, and community-focused storytelling.
  • Good communication skills and the ability to collaborate with marketing, clinical, operations, partners, and external collaborators.
  • Experience in influencer collaborations, brand partnerships, or campaign coordination is an advantage.
  • Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia. Additional languages are an advantage.
  • Basic understanding of digital analytics tools to track content performance and suggest improvements.
  • Able to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment.
  • Diploma or degree in Communications, Marketing, Journalism, Media, Broadcasting, Digital Content, or a related field. Experience in healthcare, wellness, or technology sectors is beneficial.
