Job Description
We're a small team with a flexible working environment. Most of the work is done remotely, but you may need to attend meetings, training sessions, or events when required.
What You'll Do
- Handle general admin tasks, filing, and document preparation
- Coordinate schedules, meetings, and appointments
- Assist in preparing proposals, reports, and training materials
- Communicate with clients and vendors via email, WhatsApp, and phone
- Support training and event arrangements when needed
- Maintain organised records and documentation
- Assist with compliance paperwork
Who We're Looking For
- Fresh graduates and part-timers are welcome to apply
- Good English and Bahasa Malaysia communication skills
- Organised, responsible, and able to work independently
Pay: RM1,478.96 - RM1,700.00 per month
