General job description:

• Based in Cheras, Kuala Lumpur
• Able to work in 3 rotation shift (Morning/Afternoon/Night).
• 6 working days in a week including Weekend & Public Holiday.
• Able to work on extra hours if needed.
• Greeting and welcome guests to the establishment and offer professional services.
• To collect payment from guests (E-Wallet/Debit/Credit Card).
• To ensure cash collected is counted, reconciled and matches with daily transactions report.
• Direct traffic in the parking area as needed and assist guests in entering and leaving the parking lot.
• Resolve guests complaints, guide them and provide relevant information.
• Accountability and personal integrity are essentials.
• To execute any other job responsibilities as and when required by the Superior.

Job Requirement:

• Malaysian only
• Candidate must possess at least SPM/ higher secondary/STPM.
• Required language(s): English, Bahasa Malaysia.
• Able to work on shifts, weekends and public holidays.
• Basic IT knowledge.
• Posses valid driver's license (it's an advantage).
• Neat appearance and upkeep of uniform.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• No criminal or drug abuse Record
