CCTV & Technical Installation Technician

Location: Setia Alam, Selangor

About Panas Express

Panas Express is one of Malaysia's fastest-growing 24-hour AI unmanned convenience store chains. We are looking for a dedicated and hands-on CCTV & Technical Installation Technician to support the installation, maintenance, and expansion of our retail outlets nationwide.

Job Responsibilities

• Install, configure and maintain CCTV systems (camera, DVR/NVR and remote viewing).
• Perform network cabling, data wiring and basic electrical wiring.
• Install and set up POS systems, routers, WiFi and other store equipment.
• Troubleshoot CCTV, network and technical issues.
• Support new outlet setup, relocation and maintenance.
• Conduct preventive maintenance and emergency repairs.
• Maintain tools, spare parts and installation records.
• Travel to Panas Express outlets when required.

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year experience in CCTV installation or technical support.
• Basic knowledge of networking, CCTV and wiring.
• Able to use installation tools and work independently.
• Possess a valid driving licence and willing to travel.
• Responsible, hands-on and able to work after hours when necessary.

Salary: RM2,800 – RM3,500 (depending on experience)

Pay: RM2,800.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
