REQUIREMENT / RESPONSIBILITIES

• Liaise with customer for delivery schedule.
• To monitor and update shipment commitment.
• Liaise with operation for production scheduling.
• To monitor and keep track customer firm order and forecast.
• Liaise with customers and SQE if any RMA from customers.
• To monitor the weekly shipment plan and shipping plan.
• To ensure delivery to customers is achieved.
• Purchase components based on MRP from ERP system.
• Updating Sales Order & Creating Work Order.
• Any other job assigned

ROLE AUTHORITY

• Initiate action to prevent the occurrence of any issue relating to planning.
• Identify and record any problems relating to the planning.
• Initiate, recommend or provide solutions through designated channels

EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS & ABILITY

• Minimum Diploma or associate’s degree in business related field
• Minimum 4 years related experience and or training in manufacturing environment or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Advanced computer skills using Microsoft Office applications.
• Strong problem-solving skills & Strong organizational skills.
• Understanding of project management (experience preferred).
• Must have strong verbal and written communication skills, work well with diverse groups of people and be able to function independently of direct supervision.
• Must have a valid driver’s license in good standing and be ability to travel.

Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM7,000.00 per month
