Job Descriptions:

• Assist in quantity take-offs, cost estimation, and preparation of Bills of Quantities (BQ).
• Support the preparation of tender documents, contracts, and project documentation.
• Assist in sourcing quotations and monitoring project costs.
• Provide administrative support to the QS and Project teams.
• Maintain project records and documentation.
• Liaise with clients, contractors, suppliers, and internal teams.
• Attend site visits, measurements, inspections, and project meetings when required.
• Assist with project budgets, claims, and progress reports.
• Perform any other duties assigned by Management.

Job Requirement:

• Currently pursuing a Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Building Technology, or a related field.
• Computer literate and well versed in Microsoft Office
