Main Job & Responsibilities
1. Assist in Content Creation for the Director
- Attached mostly to the Director to support the creation of engaging and high-quality video content (minimum two (2) videos per day) for platforms such as TikTok, Facebook, Instagram, and YouTube Shorts, as guided by the Senior Executive or HOD.
2. Support in Scheduling & Publishing
- Help schedule and upload approved videos for the directors to appropriate platforms according to content calendars and campaign plans.
3. Collaboration with Team
- Work closely with the marketing and videography team to execute content that aligns with campaign goals and brand messaging.
4. Basic Engagement Tasks
- Assist in monitoring social media interactions for the director (comments, likes, DMs) and notify the team of trends or issues that need response.
Background :
1. Minimum Diploma or relevant certification in Mass Communication, Multimedia, Digital Marketing, or related field.
2. At least 1 year experience in content creation, social media, or basic video editing (internship experience acceptable).
3. Familiar with mobile video editing apps (CapCut, VN, etc.); bonus if knows Adobe Premiere or similar tools.
4. Passionate about social media content, especially for kids/educational themes.
Spesific Knowledge and Skills Requirement :
1. Proficiency with social media platforms and their respective best practices.
2. Strong visual design skills and familiarity with design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro) or other design software.
3. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
4. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,400.00 per month
