To support project execution by coordinating Health, Safety & Environment (HSE) activities on site while maintaining and controlling all HSE-related documentation in compliance with client, statutory, and company requirements.

Key ResponsibilitiesHSE Coordination

· Assist the Site Manager and HSE Manager in implementing project HSE plans.

· Conduct daily site safety inspections and report unsafe conditions and practices.

· Monitor compliance with client HSE requirements, DOSH regulations, and company procedures.

· Coordinate toolbox meetings, safety briefings, and induction programs.

· Maintain records of safety observations, inspections, audits, and corrective actions.

· Assist in incident reporting, investigation, and follow-up actions.

· Monitor PPE compliance and housekeeping standards on site.

· Coordinate emergency response drills and safety campaigns.

HSE Documentation Control

· Prepare, update, and maintain HSE documentation including:

o HSE Plan

o Risk Assessments (HIRARC/JSA)

o Method Statements

o Permit-to-Work records

o Training and competency records

o Inspection and audit reports

o Incident and near-miss reports

o Monthly HSE statistics and reports

· Ensure all HSE documents are properly controlled, distributed, and archived.

· Maintain document revision status and ensure latest revisions are available at site.

· Prepare client-required HSE reports and submission packages.

Requirements

· Diploma or Certificate in Occupational Safety & Health, Engineering, or related discipline.

· Minimum 2–3 years of experience in construction, industrial, marine, oil & gas, or mechanical projects.

· Familiar with DOSH Malaysia regulations and client HSE requirements.

· Good knowledge of HIRARC, PTW systems, incident reporting, and safety inspections.

· Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

· Strong documentation and organizational skills.

· Good communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.

Preferred Qualifications

· Experience with oil and gas, marine, data center, industrial plant construction, maintenance and Shut Down Jobs. Work in a fast paced environment.

Key Deliverables

· Zero overdue HSE documentation submissions.

· Timely completion of client HSE reports.

· Compliance with project safety requirements.

· Accurate maintenance of all HSE records and document registers.

Job Type: Contract

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
